Southern Horizon in period costumes.

The band has performed on a number of Civil War battlefields, including Gettysburg and Manassas. They have played at the White House of the Confederacy, the Museum of the Confederacy, the Richmond National Battlefield Park, Henricus Park, the Manassas Museum, and for balls sponsored by the United Daughters of the Confederacy and the Sons of Confederate Veterans. They also have performed for the Bonnie Blue, Palmetto, Lone Star and Tar Heel Balls for the Museum of the Confederacy, all sold-out events.
